Distribution of the tenant sustainability guide
As part of our sustainability promotion initiative, we hand out a guide intended for tenants (office building version). This guide is drawn up to collaborate with tenants, describing specific cases of energy-saving activities.
Green lease
We created a template for the clauses of an environment-friendly green lease and promote its incorporation into a lease with a tenant.
Posting ESG Posters
We have produced a poster encouraging cooperation concerning energy savings, water savings, and recycling measures. We display this in the common areas of the properties we have been entrusted to manage.

Increased convenience for local residents
For example, at Honmoku Front, we offered a space needed to install ports for Yokohama City’s “baybike” community bicycles and installed parcel lockers, thereby contributing to cutting CO2 emissions or enhancing local residents’ convenience.

Volunteer Activities
In November and December 2023, Mitsui & Co., Realty Management officers and employees who volunteered for cleanup activities split into two groups to clean up the ODAIBA MARINE PARK.

We have hosted SDG-themed workshops for children, including “Recycling Pencils from Sawdust Clay” (Honmoku Front).
