In the 2025 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, the investment corporation for which we manage assets, Mitsui & Co., Private REIT Inc., received a “4 Stars” in GRESB Rating, which is based on GRESB Overall Score and its quintile position relative to global participants.

CASBEE Certification for Real Estate

Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency (CASBEE) is a system for evaluating buildings’ environmental performance developed under the leadership of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Under the system, the environment quality/performance of a building per se and environmental loads on the exterior of a building are comprehensively evaluated.

DBJ Green Building Certification

Under DBJ Green Building Certification, besides a building's environmental performance, to promote real estate that considers social demand from a wide range of stakeholders that deal in real estate, including crime or disaster prevention ("Green Building"), properties are rated using an original scoring model that the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) developed to select excellent properties that fill the needs of the times.
