Mitsui & Co., Realty Management Ltd. was established in June 2007 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. to engage in the private real estate fund business for institutional investors in Japan and overseas. (*)

Originally, we engaged mainly in the private real estate fund business in the logistics field. In 2014, however, we formed funds to invest in office buildings, and in 2018, we commenced the operation of “Mitsui & Co., Private REIT Inc.”, launching investments in commercial facilities, hotels, and residential properties. Mitsui & Co., Realty Management is developing its business as a private real estate fund company within the Mitsui & Co. group, targeting a wide range of asset classes and focusing on the provision of superior real estate investment opportunities that match investors’ needs.

As a real estate asset management company with high ethical values, we will continue to draw upon the accumulated knowledge and experience of the entire Mitsui & Co. group, and as a socially significant entity with high aspirations, we will strive to benefit all stakeholders by contributing to the sound development of the real estate finance market.
