We actively use the knowledge and wide-ranging networks of Mitsui & Co. group to realize
acquisition of a variety of properties, while managing highly specialized and profitable
private funds, private REITS, and data center business.

Private Funds
Mitsui & Co. Realty Management invests in a variety of assets, including logistics facilities, offices, commercial facilities, hotels, housing, and leasehold land.
In addition to income-oriented properties, we are actively engaged in development-type projects based on fund schemes. We also actively pursue partnerships and joint asset management with non-group companies, and seek to acquire properties in a flexible manner. We operate a data center development fund, which was formed in 2021, and the MBRM Fund, which we newly formed in 2022.
Private REITs
Mitsui & Co. Private REIT Inc. is an unlisted, open-ended REIT for institutional investors, and was launched at the end of February 2018 as a general private REIT sponsored by the Mitsui & Co. group.
Based on our ability to select excellent properties for acquisition and our management capabilities, which we have acquired through private funds management, we will exert the comprehensive strengths of the Mitsui & Co. group, including identification and formation of projects in ways that utilize varied investment and management know-how across the Mitsui & Co. group and its domestics and overseas networks, as well as joint investments and other collaborations with listed investment corporations within the group. Through these initiatives, we aim to realize solid growth and secure stable earnings.
Data Center Business
Mitsui & Co. Realty Management has been engaging in development and management of hyperscale data centers as state-of-the-art digital infrastructure facilities, fully utilizing our experience of real estate asset management, and our know-how of fund management and advanced finance methods. We regard data centers as our priority domain and aim to expand initiatives in collaboration with business partners possessing outstanding track records in this field, such as data center development and operation management.
